I am inspired when i see the difference one person can make when you care enough. Governance in my country is a far cry from what it used to be and I am encouraged that individual Nigerians are rising up to the challenge and taking care of each other. A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. My inspiration is derived mainly from the written literature most especially the bible and some books written by renown African writers like John Ruganda and Chinuea Acheabe. This is because they give me a desire to move on and always think positively and not to accept others make decisions for me and always be my self but not to do anything to please others but rather that will benefit me, make me happy without interfering the with those around me.
